L5-S1 intervertebral disc displayed loss of normal bright signal on T2W images suggestive of disc desiccation.broad base diffuse disc bluge with disc herniation is obsrvedat L5-S1level producing extradural copression over ventral asprct of thecal sac with narrowing of lateral recesses.MR images revealed degenarative disc herniation at L5-S1 level caused pressure over thecal sac with narrowing of latral recesses .lumbrasied S1 sacral segment
