Hi.. you need to get evaluated for the same like decreased focus and Inattention. Then depending on the diagnosis treatment can be decided. Though tms is one of the treatments, one cannot guarantee that it will definitely work for you. Consult for further evaluation and management.

It is not promising treatment. It is approved treatment which can be tried for depression and anxiety. Works for some, doesn't work for others.

Deep TMS is still a novel, experimental approach for some psychiatric illnesses. At present,it is NOT considered as best, cost effective treatment for any illness. Pharmacotherapy (medicines) are still considered better than TMS because of being much cheaper and more effective than this. In your problems of decrease in focus and lack of attention, TMS won't be the good approach. You can consult me for more discussion. Hello First there should be the right diagnosis from a registered medical practitioner and then treatment is decided according. rTMS is approved for some disorders but first medicine or psychotherapy should be tried. You have complaints of decreased focus and lack of attention which are usually seen in ADHD. But sometimes can be seen in anxiety and depression aswell. First you need to have proper diagnosis and then medication can be started along with psychotherapy and in some rTMS may be needed.
