Deep nail scratch - 4 month old baby

Hi Doc, My baby has scratched his face and the wound appears to be deep cut. I have attached pic for reference. I have applied coconut oil. Please have a look and let me know if it would leave mark or scar? What should I apply so that it heal quickly without leaving scar? Thanks in advance
