Decreasing beta hcg levels

2020-09-26 15:21:00
My beta hcg level rose very slowly from 92 to 600 from 26th august to 19th September. And today on 26th September, my hcg level is 90. And during this period from 29th august I am having spotting or heavy bleeding and still it is continuing. Does it mean miscarriage is happening or has happened? And how many days more the bleeding will continue?

Till time beta hcg is completely negative..  you can't say it is completed or not and in current scenario what it is... It should be follow up properly as there are some many more things is there in medical science other then missed abortion, incomplete abortion and abortions .. plz go and consult obstetrician  ...
Next Steps
you need proper follow up with usg and beta hcg if needed further treatment accordingly in case  beta hcg is not completely negative, and there is some activity on usg ...
