I’ve been using Betnovate on my face for the past few years, and I’m concerned about steroid-induced thinning and TSW. My skin is currently  red, dry, and dull. Even a Niacinamide serum caused a reaction recently. I'm currently using Himalaya face wash and ponds lightweight gel moisturizer —can you help me create a plan to thicken my skin and repair the damage safely?"
