DAY22 Tbpcr test positive
Hello doctors!
on Day 22 my tbpcr test was done. Today I got this report today. its positive. I already attached my report. Can i conceive naturally? It's possible? My AMH - 1.57 AGE- 30 which medicine improving my fertility ASAP? I want to conceive naturally.

You have a Pathology diagnosis of Tuberculosis. You need treatment for that.
But you should get a Diagnostic Laparoscopy done to see the extent of damage to the fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus. That will determine whether you can conceive naturally or not.

There is no medicine to improve the AMH levels
Amh less than 2 is subnormal
Based on the report you need to take anti tubercula treatment
Also you need to check on the tubal patency
