Hello doctors! on Day 22 my tbpcr test was done. Today I got this report today. its positive. I already attached my report. Can i conceive naturally? It's possible? My AMH - 1.57 AGE- 30 which medicine improving my fertility ASAP? I want to conceive naturally. Plz help

You have a Pathology diagnosis of Tuberculosis. You need treatment for that. But you should get a Diagnostic Laparoscopy done to see the extent of damage to the fallopian tubes, ovaries and uterus. That will determine whether you can conceive naturally or not.

u need tuberculosis treatment for 6 months..till then u can't conceive as the tablets have side effcts on fetus

There is no medicine to improve the AMH levels Amh less than 2 is subnormal Based on the report you need to take anti tubercula treatment Also you need to check on the tubal patency
