I have been diagnosed with Depression and OCD. Currently I am taking Fluoxetine 40 mg once a day. My Depression and OCD is almost remission but I feel always drowsy in the day. I sleep almost 9 hours but I don't feel refreshed in the morning and whole day. I suffer from headache, gastrointestinal distress, drowsy in the day but cannot feel sleepy at night. I sleep at night 12 am and wake up in 9 pm. I am doing temporary workman job at college near my home. I cannot concentrate on my job.
