Dark underarms. Neck and thigh area

I am observing from few days that my neck and thigh area is becoming dark. Although my underarms was dark from many years but still now it looks way more. I am not taking any medications but I have undergone mri last month. Is it due to that or anything else. Can you suggest treatment for this problem. Apreciate all response.
