I have dark circles which is getting darker lately Also my under arms are getting pigmented due to waxing..it was bit dark before also please help

Under eye dark circles can b due to b12 deficiency, low Hb, stress, genetics, sunken eyes and high vascularity etc. So it has to be evaluated first then decided upon treatment. You can try kojic acid, arbutin, liquorice based creams for under arm pigmentation. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management.
