Hai ..my mother is diabetic patient for past few years she also diagnosed thytoid..from few days her skin on face turning into black .some dark spots on the cheeks beside both eyes its turning dark day by day like melasma.please suggest some of the best creams for that to turn the skin normal as usual. Thanks everyone..
