Dark spots in under arms area

I am having some dark spot circles in my under arms area since last two three years which are growing in numbers. Earlier they were 1-2 but now it has reached 5-6. But I do not feel any pain or itching in these spots. They look redish in color, photo attached. Kindly tell me the possible solution.
