I had some itching problem on my buttocks and it is our genetic problem 2 days back when I was facing irritation around my buttock and feeling like it is burning while I was scratching it i used dettol over there and now black dark spots have appeared at that place what should I do?

It is allergic contact dermatitis. Stop using dettol. Start using moisturiser 2 to 3 times a day and take tab levocet 10mg 1 at night for 5 to 7 days.
