I have a dark patch between the arms and it has occured suddenly with no other symptoms. No blood test was done. Recently i started doing weights . Is it because of that or some other reason

This seems to be extravasation of lymph and serum in the subconscious tissue. It will disappear spontaneously. If you have no other symptoms except the coloration then you can leave it alone.
