After having severe acne I took a consultation and was recommended adapalane gel with clindamycin in it. As a side effect it caused dryness and hence dark patch due to the dryness occurred around my mouth. Now tell me the how to remove the patch

Do not apply around the mouth areas Focus on the acne prone areas Try applying on alternate days or for 30 to 60 minutes a day only Use a generous amount of moisturiser Treatment of the dark patch will need assessment
