Dark green stool

Hello , I was having constipation last week,even after giving lot of pressure i was not able get my stool out for 4 5 days. I went to ayurvedic doctor and prescribed medicine,after 2 days of his medicine i dont have to put pressure for my stool passing but my stool colour is dark green(like mehendi) colour. I dont whether its call black...is it normal after taking the medicine, i have no other problem as of my now...is this colour due to medicine or anything else...docotor has given 7 medicine which i need to break in powder form and then take it...i dont know the name

Go back and consult the same doctor who prescribed you medicine if it's due to medicine. Do you have any other symptoms like pain abdomen, fever etc. If not if stool is easily passing and only once or twice a day..it may not be an issue.
