I have started with iron supplement for my 7 month old daughter as prescribed by the pediatrician. I have noticed that she has started passing dark green stool. Is is normal or should I discontinue the iron syrup?

Iron can cause dark green or black stool, you should continue iron. Sometimes it may cause staining of teeth.
