Puffy eyes can be due to allergy .Do it associated with itching?? Or most of times associated with systemic disease so consult with physician if aggrevating. Cataract need surgery if affecting day to day life routine work.

Hi, puffy eyes can be due to variety of reasons due to ageing, some allergic reactions, lack of sleep, sometimes heriditary. One has to examine and then proceed towards the necessary  treatment and precaution. Cataract may coexist and if the vision is blurred then a surgical intervention would be ideal.
