Dark brown discharge
Hi! I am sandhya age 20 I am suffering from the problem of brown discharge since 2018 I usually bleed very heavy during my periods but when I bleed less than usual my brown discharge comes that month and it continues to more than 15 days I had my ultrasound doctor said that it's nothing to worry about it was just swelling in my uterus I did not face any other symptoms during my brown discharge except acidity

Swelling in the uterus for a 20 years old girl is not to be taken lightly. More so because it has been there for the last 4 years (at that time you were 16 years old).
Please get another ultrasound examination done and share the report. We have to see the Endometrial thickness, whatever swelling you have, and the state of your ovaries. Brownish discharge lasting for 15 days calls for vaginal examination, even though you are unmarried.
