I m having dandruff  for last 2 months, it got increase d now, how to get rid of it, I wash my hair twice a week

Dandruff could be P sicca or Seborrheic dermatitis. Either way, it would require anti fungals. SD will need more aggressive treatment. Please send photos in a consultation dear.
