Follow these practices to keep your scalp clean and healthy- 1. wash hair every alternate day- from root to tip. 2. Use a hair oil 1 hour before shampoo. 3. Dont rub your hair vigorously, gently pat dry.  4. use a conditioner if hair are frizzy.  If Your dandruff stays even after these practices, consult a dermatologist. The doctor will check if its normal dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis or psoriasis of scalp and accordingly you will be prescribed the medication required.

Your condition needs to be evaluated thoroughly. My suggestion is to consult online for proper management Meanwhile since it's a recurring condition please follow 1. Wash hair thrice a week - use an anti dandruff shampoo 2. Leave shampoo on scalp for 5-10 mins before you wash it off
