I have dandruff and itchy scalp due to which i am suffering from hairfall. i have tried some remedies but dandruff reoccurs in 3 days. i dont have thyroid or any other medical history. can you plz suggest some medicines. i have been told to try scalptone tablets.is this medicine effective.

No it will not help. Better take proper homoeopathic treatment. You will waste money and time in case of using such patent products over the counter sold.

Along with dandruff is there any scaling or flaky patches on scalp? Or do you have any eruptions as well on forehead or on shoulders? The Scalptone as advised to you may help temporarily but its not a permanent solution
