Hello doctor I'm having 2 years old son.. suffering from dandruff.. I'm not using any shampoo to wash his hairs but just using Teddy bar soap which I use for bathing.plz suggest what to do

Please use spoo baby shampoo thrice a week at least. Contact again if not better
