What's difference between dandruff and Seborrheic dermatitis? If I'm having Seborrheic dermatitis, can i use oil on my hair?

Dandruff is a common layman term for seborheic capitis. Seborheic dermatitis is greasy and flaky scaling along with underlying redness due to increased sebum (oil) production. It can occur in face , shoulders.
Health Tips
limit the use of oil. Ideally apply limited amount 2 hours prior to hairwash. repeat 2 -3 times a week
