Daily headache, fatigue

I have been having headache since many days and fatigue also feeling of heaviness in head. Sometimes I feel like dizziness

Please see a Nurologist and an opthemologist to get a diagnosis. Maybe an eye check is needed or a Ct scan can be done for cheacking any anomalies by the neurologist. Don't delay consult a good certified competent doctor now.

Get an ophthalmologist opinion to rule out refractive error. Other than consult a Psychiatrist to rule out migraine, or other varieties of headaches.
