I have a working hours of around 12 -14 hrs n i donot eat too much but still there's fat on my tummy area n thighs . Please advice a diet plan to keep my body slim

Take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. take plenty of water every day. Take high fiber low fat diet.
