Namastey Dadimāṣṭaka Churna is a classical Ayurvedic digestive medicine mainly used in Grahani roga (IBS-like disorder) where digestion and absorption are weak which results in loosely formed stools. It works by strengthening the digestive fire), digesting Ama (toxic, sticky residue of metabolic waste) and firming stools. It is especially useful for loose or sticky stools, bloating, excess hunger with poor digestion, acidity and chronic gut imbalance. The rapid improvement in stool consistency shows correct Agni correction, while remaining stickiness indicates partial Ama. Skin issues, dizziness, and cold hands/feet are secondary effects of long-standing malabsorption and Vata imbalance, which improve gradually as the gut heals. Other symptoms haven’t improved yet because Gut improved first; whereas Skin, dizziness, circulation are systemic issues; Ama clearance takes time, not 1 day. for that we need to assess and examine you properly, assessment and correction of your diet and lifestyle will be done along with certain medications. You need more work to solve like your dietary and lifestyle correction, since it is the root cause of your condition.
Health Tips
Avoid- Cold water, Curd, cheese, paneer, Raw salads, Reheated food, Tea/coffee on empty stomach. Prefer: Warm, freshly cooked food Rice + moong dal Stewed vegetables Buttermilk (daytime, thin, with roasted jeera)

It is used to correct indigestion , diarrhea & IBS. & to cure malabsorption symptoms It used to •Corrects Jatharagni •Absorbs excess intestinal fluid (Grahi effect) •Digests Ama So stool became formed, but still slightly sticky that indicates ''residual Ama '' Ii is primarily a Vata-Kapha nashak formulation, but it is also used to balance Pitta

Your symptoms are related to high pitta and IBS. Though dadimashtak is a good medication for IBS, it may cause some gastric dyscomfort. For that follow HAIP DIET and seek consultation.  You need more milder herbs.
