I'm using dabur stresscom ashwaganda for the past one month as it relieves me from anxiety and keeps in good mood. Shal I use it for a long term. Does it have any major side effects??.

Hello, it don't have any side-effects. But it's always better to give gap in between. Like after 3 months of regular intake you should stop for atleast 15 days.  Then again you can start it .
