For mother last two days fever is 98-98.5 and SOP2: 96-97 for my father last two days Fever is 98-100 and SPO2 is 96-97. My father still having cough. From yesterday night mother taking paracetamol 2/day and father is taking paracetamol 3 times / day Is there any other medicine required Also D DIMER test is required if yes when can we take the test
