D dimer - Pnemonial covid

Hi, My fathers D dimer report 14 days back was 2.17 where nrml value shown <0.50 ug/ml (FEU) NOW his report says: 344.00 normal value shown 0.0-885 ng FEU/ml He is now only coughing sometimes and xray report is normal. Can you please advise how should I proceed now?

So basically, we are talking about Covid 19 recovery? If so, den D dimer now seems to be normal So no need for any anticoagulants Can continue taking Vitamin c, Zinc, Vitamin d, Would. Like to know the medical profile of your father, so I can assist you better. Take care

Just give him a cough syrup depending on whether it is productive or dry. Continue the multivitamin and vit C for 15 more days and vapour as well till the patient is relieved of all the symptoms.
