Cylindrical power
I recently got diagnosed with a spectacle prescription of -.25 in left eye and 0 power in right eye. Another doctor prescribed me with -.25 in left eye and -.50 in right eye. Whose eye prescription is correct and which should i follow. Both of them feels comfortable. And does cylindrical power increases with age?
Such a low power is due to accommendation, the power of eye to change focusing. If you are spending lot of time on gadgets, phones chatting etc. If the prescription is given without, dilating and doing post mydriatic test, i do not recommend you to be careful.

Hello Sir.. mostly for everyone the power gets stabilized by around 21 years of age. So your power both spherical or cylindrical won't increase with increasing age. If you find any difference in the spectacle power after visiting two different doctors , that is due to the fine tuning of power we do according to some rules of Refraction. If in doubt go for Dilated Refraction.
