Recently i have been having some random cuts on my toungue and bleeding that's doesn't heal easily.. also some red painful spots around nose.. got sore thumb of leg.. i also have been suffering from cough for a week now which only occurs when i am talking or cold weather.. and i have been tested Rt-pcr negative.. so i don't even know whoch doctor to consult now..

Cuts and bleeds on tongue is a sign of glossitis which happens due to multivitamin deficiency ... But not healing quickly of wounds can be due to other causes like liver disease or low hemoglobin and needs to be evaluated properly ... Kindly consult an ent specialist
