It's vat vyadhi and some of then are curable some of then to be managed lifelong with medicines n diet to limit disease progression and to make life smooth it but non life threatening

A.S. is an autoimmune disease, so theorotically we can not say it is curable but it is well mangable with Ayurveda so patient is not suffering any symptoms nor need to take any medicines.
