Hello sir, Carrying angle in males should be around 10-12°. *Take hot packs to ease the joint *active exercises for arm and forearm muscles *You can wear correction splints to correct it *If you have other symptoms like numbness in your fingers, and any other signs of parasthesia like tingling ,weakness then consult an orthopedic surgeon and go for surgical correction..cubitus valgus can lead to Ulnar neuropathy sometimes.
Next Steps
consult a physio in person and get assessed first.

Start doing active mobilization exercises to arm and forearm. As it is more than 20degrees .it may cause ulnar neuropathy also. Visit chiropractician clinic or orthopaedician for better assessment and treatment.. Sometimes surgical intervention is needed to correct it by orthopaedician.
