Both ultrasound scan and CT scan can detect liver hemangioma, CT being more accurate.liver hemangioma is a noncancerous (benign) mass in the liver. Most cases of liver hemangiomas are discovered  accidentally during an ultrasound scan and typically don't need treatment.Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with good diet habits avoiding alcohol fatty ,oily food , regular exercise for 30 minutes a day.

Hi, I understand your concern. CT is the most accurate here.
Next Steps
If there is pain in his abdomen, or jaundice or drop in hemoglobin, check with a repeat CT. Else nothing to worry.
