Hi Dr One of my friend complaining runny nose for last 15 days. She has done ct scan yesterday. She has left side deviated nasal septum. Is this condition serious. I hv attached her report

Deviated nasal septum is present in 80-90% people…and remains asymptomatic in most of them. It can be corrected via surgery but it is done only if the patient is having recurrent infections
