CT scan frequency - impact

Hello Doctor, I have been undergoing few health discomfort in lower abdomen hence I had been asked to perform CT again in abdomen after 2 month. But I recently also had week a CT for head. Could you please let me know the impact of undergoing frequent CT.

Yes there is radiation exposure but this is fine.. the radiation is only minimal and won't harm if as such for these two scans

Hi dear CT scan does has a risk of giving radiation exposure but it's not very much and is in the safety level only but do it only if it's recommended by ur doctor Take care
