Hello doctor Please look at the CT report and what to do next . I have dull pain and irritation after teeth extraction since 7 June and now this came out . What could be the next step Report attached

Chances of maxillary Sinusitis has to be ruled out. If pain persists, get a thorough clinical examination by a dentist and an ENT specialist.
