Pls help me with ct brain report is everything normal or any problem pls make it clear in simple language

if patient don't have any symptoms and signs it is normal report as per age wise If he had any BP and Diabetic and any other chronic disorders he should go regular follow up If he had any memory disorders and tingling sensation in limbs
