Cryptic pregnancy?

I didn't have intercourse with my partner but he stimulated my vagina with his fingers which may or may not had precum on it, that happened after 6 days of my then period. After that I have got 3 periods which is regularly of 21-22 days cycle. Is there a chance I'm still pregnant? Something such as cryptic pregnancy? Please help.
