See it has been 6 years since RCT done and you have not done capping till now.

Ideally crown is indcated for posterior teeth after root canal treatment because they have to bear masticatory load but for anterior teeth if the crown strucure is intact and not discolored then it is not indicated.

Hello You definitely have to go for cap placement on the root canal treated tooth but it’s been many years so better to take an xray before fixing the cap For bleeding gums you need to visit the dentist for scaling and polishing

Hello sir, You need to get crowns done for the rct treated teeth. Since it's been 8 years do get a radiographic evaluation done prior to crown placement. Bleeding gums might be due to calculus or food lodgement issues a round pf cleaning  might resolve this issue.

It's almost 8 years. And you have not mentioned whether it's front or back tooth. Crown is not generally indicated for front tooth unless it's broken or largely damaged. If it's the back tooth, after RCT, the tooth will be added with the filling material which will not bear the load when you are chewing. Since you have noted a visible cavity, there is a possibility of filling removal and reinfection.

Xray needed we have to check  if re infection  is there if it is then re rct and crown

Visit the dentist for a radiograph and the present status of the teeth. You may have to go for retreatment of RCT  and the filling of the tooth.
