Crina NCR for Menorrhagia & PCOS

My sister has PCOS and was suffering from amenorrhea for a while followed by continued menorrhagia. She was prescribed a dosage of 20 mg (2x10mg) Crina NCR per day for 21 days. Her bleeding stopped. Post the 21 day dosage, after a gap of 5 days her bleeding has now started again. Should she take Crina NCR from Day 1 of this cycle for 21 days or 28 days or from Day 5 of cycle or from Day 14 of the cycle?
