Hello doctor today i have done CBC creatinine test report found creatinine level is high kindly suggest how to reduce creatinine level

A high creatinine suggests an issue with kidneys. You need to do a few more tests like urine routine,  urine protein-creatinine ratio, serum sodium, potassium. Ultrasound KUB.
Next Steps
With these tests please contact me or a nephrologist of your choice at the earliest.  Kidney cells are such that if they remain damaged for a long time then reversal will be difficult. So the earlier you meet a nephrologist,the better.
