Creatinine 1.5 , hba1c sugar 6.6,

My father report shows creatinine 1.5 , ultrasound shows left kidney small with simple cortical cyst , prostatomegaly grade 1. His HBA1Csugar came 6.6 , last time it was 6. BP normal, Urine report normal, Do he have any disease in kidney ? Any precautions to take? Done have sugar? Report attached below
