Cranky, vomit,pass stool more than usual

8 month old kid seems to be dull and irritated and cranky since 2-3 days. He is feeling pukish and vomits water like substance. Also,  his head, arms and legs were hot and sweaty. He is passing stool after every meal/feed. Kindly note that his teeth are growing, if of any relevance to above stated symptoms.
