Im now 7 weeks 1 day pregnant.. From morning there is a lower abdomen cramping... Is something to worry about it... Please help

Yes you need to visit clinic Any pain with pregnancy could be due to UTI colitis or threatened abortion These are most common cause If till date  no scan has been done for confirmation of pregnancy it is needed
Next Steps
visit gynae clinic for chek up do not take pain killer on your own watch for any urinary symptom or motion disturbance and convey  to doc when you visit
