Crackling sounds and pain in my brain

I have crackling sound in my brain. Whoever telling that it is sound of cracking spine bones- doesn't understand nature of what we are talking about. I hear multiple crackling sound when I move my head. !  It's very worysome and disturbing. I don't know which doctor to go, and if any doctor would know what it is.

Dear patient crackling sound in brain or neck.  And is it always or sometimes when u turn the neck all of sudden.  And as dr Mohit asked is there any pain.  If no pain than not to worry,  but if any pain or weakness or numbness in any of the limb then see an orthopaedic consultant near you.
