Sir My MRI report indicates "complex tear of posterior horn in medial meniscus" in left knee" my doctor said just need some P/therapy and I'll be okay, he also said if I want I can to for operation then it can be done. Sir I'm confused please help. Thus this is major problem? My age is 30, if I avoid operation it may lead major problem to my knee j
