Cracking sound in knees

I am a 28 year old female. I have observed cracking sounds in my knees while bending or moving them. More prominent in one knee than the other. What does this symptom mean? Is this a sign of arthritis or any other issue? Should I be concerned about this?

Nothing to worry about if you don’t have symptoms of pain It’s physiological so not to worry
