Rapid antigen test for covid is less sensitive but report come fast...whereas RTPCR is much more reliable...so patient with rapid antigen positive is sure positive for RTPCR & rapid antigen negative can also be positive for RTPCR...so for immediate result can go for rapid antigen...if she is RTPCR covid positive then watch for symptoms,monitor temperature & saturations.
Tightness in the chest & breathlessness has to be evaluated & started covid management
