Hello, my mother went through a hernia surgery on 27th aug 2021 and still under painkillers ( tramadol hydrochloride and tylenol) when necessary as suggested by doctor. We are planning take her for the 2nd dose of covid 19 vaccination shot on 25th September. Now the question is whether she can continue taking the painkillers or should stop them at once in order to get the covid vaccine. Please advise

Yes she can take. But more important here is despite 2 weeks post surgery she is requiring analgesics. Why?
